1、饱不洗头,饿不洗澡。冷水洗脸,美容保健。汗水没落,冷水莫浇。温水刷牙,防敏固齿。

 

2、吃米带糠,吃菜带帮。男不离韭,女不离藕。青红萝卜,生克熟补。食不过饱,饱不急卧。

 

3、养生在动,养心在静。心不清净,思虑妄生。心神安宁,病从何生。闭目养神,静心益智。

 

4、药补食补,莫忘心补。以财为草,以身为宝。烟熏火燎,不吃为好。油炸腌泡,少吃为妙。

 

5、臭鱼烂虾,索命冤家。食服常温,一体皆春。冷勿冰齿,热勿灼唇。物熟始食,水沸始饮。

 

6、多食果菜,少食肉类。饮食有节,起居有时。头部宜冷,足部宜热。知足常乐,无求常安。

 

            7、养生在勤,养心在静。

 

8、人到老年,必须锻练,散步慢跑,练拳舞剑;莫怕严寒,清扫庭院,绘画添趣,心胸广宽;

 

9、闻鸡起舞,床不可贪,种花养鸟,习书览篇;奕棋唱戏,房事莫贪,私事勿念,便宜勿占;

 

10、活动身体,贵在经常,心情舒畅,长寿健康;遇事勿怒,劳勿过偏,茶水勿浓,学习勿念;

 

11、饮食勿暴,少吃晚餐,吃饭勿语,切勿吸烟;低盐低糖,勿食太咸,少吃脂肪,饭莫过量;

 

12、每日三餐,调剂适当,蔬菜水果,多吃无防;按时入睡,定时起床,起身要慢,勿急勿慌;

 

13、饮酒勿过,名利勿钻,闲气勿生,胸怀要宽。

 

14、心无病,防为早,心里健康身体好;心平衡,要知晓,情绪稳定疾病少;

 

15、练身体,动与静,弹性生活健心妙;要食养,八分饱,脏腑轻松自疏导;

 

16、人生气,易衰老,适当宣泄人欢笑;品书画,溪边钓,选择爱好自由挑;

 

17、动脑筋,不疲劳,思睡养心少热闹;有规律,健身好,正常生活要协调;

 

18、常搓手,可健脑,防止冻疮和感冒。

 

19、夏不睡石,秋不睡板。春不露脐,冬不蒙头。白天多动,夜里少梦。

 

20、睡前洗脚,胜吃补药。晚上开窗,一觉都香。贪凉失盖,不病才怪。

 

21、早睡早起,怡神爽气,贪房贪睡,添病减岁。夜里磨牙,肚里虫爬。

 

22、一天吃一头猪,不如床上打呼噜。

 

23、三天吃一只羊,不如洗脚再上床。

 

24、枕头不选对,越睡人越累。先睡心,后睡人,睡觉睡出大美人。

 

25、头对风,暖烘烘;脚对风,请郎中。

 

26、睡觉莫睡巷,最毒穿堂风。

 

27、睡觉不点灯,早起头不晕。

 

28、要想睡得人轻松,切莫脚朝西来头朝东。

1、吃芋头相当于注射免疫球蛋白,增强人体的免疫功能。

 

2、枸杞子:嚼服枸杞口中津液长生,抗动脉硬化、降低血糖、促进肝细胞新生等作用,服之有增强体质、延缓衰老之功效

 

3、揉眼:自寻手部柔软的部位,揉按眼睛、眼眶四周,促进眼周血液循环,可明目、醒脑,还兼具美容作用。

 

4、常喝酸奶:酸奶的营养价值极高。

 

5、绿茶——抗癌,并可补充钾元素,增加血管的柔韧度

 

6、要多吃五谷杂粮——玉米、荞麦、燕麦、小米(有安神促进睡眠的作用!)

 

 


7、土豆——恐怕你我都想不到,它竟然有吸脂的作用!

 

8、西红柿——抗癌,不过要和鸡蛋炒才能生成抗癌物质哦!

 

9、黑木耳——治肺炎,治心脑血管病,调节血液粘稠度!能净化血液,轻身强记,脑动脉粥样斑块。


养生三字经:

吃洋葱,脑路通。
吃大蒜,降血脂。
蘑菇餐,防血栓。

 

吃鲜姜,血脂康。
木耳菜,降脂快。
菊花茶,降血压。


吃辣椒,消脂肪。
乌龙茶,减肥佳。
身材秀,吃土豆。

 

气血虚,吃荔枝。
葡萄甜,补血源。
要润肤,樱桃补。

 

常吃枣,不显老。
燕麦汤,皮肤光。
食蜂蜜,皮肤细。

 

萝卜汤,治胃胀。
枇杷果,治咳嗽。
吃苦瓜,胃火下。

 

吃芝麻,养头发。
要安神,吃枣仁。
要健脑,吃核桃。

 

吃苹果,益补肾。
养生经,要记清。
身体好,幸福定。
